I have deliberately not posted earlier today recognising the sensitivity of today's announcement to holders.
Whilst I do agree with Rafish's statements regarding the assets, I sincerely hope that the LT outage can be fixed with a quick land based intervention regardless of where fault responsibility.
Be mindful that the auditors are in the process of signing off on the half year accounts, potential impediments to a clean set are DV comments that NXS is a high risk investment at AGM, low free cash balance of $5m at 31 Dec, LT outage / reliability, upcoming refinancing event.These 4 events IMHO will possibly/ probably result in a qualified audit report and significant subsequent event reporting raising doubt as to Going Concern status.
Refinancing the bank debt and in particular the Guarantee becomes incredibly difficult in this environment with such a score card.
I wouldn't expect too much in the way of Heroics in any public boardroom to questions of solvency and quite rightly as they become personally liable for debts in those circumstances, again I sincerely hope that LT is restored immediately.
Refinancing now seems improbable without a dilutionary change of control capital raising
