Taipan, what's in NXS' long lead time arsenal? Anything SEDCO would be interested in?
I still think an asset mediation could be on the cards. As I said, assume a full $60m - where will that come from? I don't think a CR to pay off a litigation claim will have legs. Why would they want to sink a company to make a point. I'm sure there are plenty of secured creditors ahead of them
