ECT stated they are waiting for NMDC's formal notification of results before making an announcement.
I believe ECT is waiting for written confirmation on an original document signed by NMDC's Chairman (on behalf of the board) confirming approval.
If anyone has corporate experience do you believe an email is not sufficient in this situation given ECT stated they are waiting for formal notification?
