They probably have an email good to go but as you said waiting for formal documentation.
If it's a go i guess they would try to be confirming signing and lining up dignitaries from relevant ministries also this will be a big deal for an Indian - Australian Relationship I wouldn't be surprised if the Australian Government will be over this as well.
FIngers Crossed for a detailed announcement about signing and the next steps forward.
This is just massive for ECT and their shareholders - a long time coming!!
Definitely pulling a rabbit out of a hat on this one!
