It's possible that ect is waiting for NMDC to make a joint announcement both here and in India at the same time which could be mid afternoon our time even after close of trading. It seems to me that for us to announce before NMDC would not be very business like and its possible this had been discussed prior to their board meeting in part explaining the length of time we are in this trading halt simply waiting for the Indian market to open this morning.
We of course have been jilted so often that for that to occur again in this situation is a real possibility but it's difficult to conjure up a plausible reason at this stage but thats one thing the Indians have been very good at.
