Agree. The board need to accept the first offer they receive at a premium to VWAP. They’ve proven themselves incapable of leading the business over the past 5+ years. Hand over the reigns and give investors a liquidity event to exit.
As an aside, I always have to laugh when synopsis like this calling the company “leading”. If this is what the leader looks like the whole sector is doomed.
