Your forgot to include bankers, consultants, and financial advisors.....they all have their snouts in the trough.
Needless to say the poor old shareholder takes maximum risk for minimum profit.
Remember control is everything....without control you have nothing...that's why I have more money invested in real estate than equities. You control the whole operation.
