In my view, A major factor in the current price rise is ENB's arrangement with CNX.

In the past, ENB has told us that it has 10 coal tenements. But so far as I can determine, all that it has reported is that the coal is semi-bituminous, not unlike Collie coal. No mention of important stuff such as tonages, depths, thickness etc.I find that amazing after all this time.

CNX has forced ENB into drilling to assess relevent quantites and confirm CSG suitability.
