why extend the options or do a deal

seems these are now dead in the water for good or is there a DELAY in putting a deal together?

but why consider giving them any lifeline, seriously?

the 2007 options were effectively extended by 12 months, so why should they be given some further deal?

why treat option holdres differently to shareholders?

are the same excuses and arguments being used all over again as they were last year?

threats of litigation and action seem to have little basis and the reality is that bluffing wears thin after a while
