I don't think MB is ever going to budge as CEO of FLN. The entire structure of the company is such that he could never be pushed out. Can't help but think that's why FLN doesn't want to raise money to compete with UPWK/FVRR - it's not about SH interests, it's about keeping MB as CEO forever. Otherwise you might have a board that would eventually decide that the CEO that built the company isn't necessarily the one who should run it forever (rightly or wrongly).

We seem to be in groundhog day. Warmed-over "good news" about Ebay motors and Escrow (weren't they already tied up?) and a bunch of "wow, look at all the new users and new projects" burbling from MB. We'll see the reality in a couple weeks I suppose. It's possible that they might break out of the $13-$15M per quarter band which would be the real news.
