The other point I would make is that investors often make an error by assessing business value based solely on current circumstances. This fails to consider the business is working hard everyday to improve things - and a deal like integrating eBay payments can happen any time, and by its nature is unexpected by investors.
You can't buy a stock on unknown promise, but it seems to me that management in companies like FLN are trying hard to grow and improve their business, so this adds to the upside potential.
