Pintohoo, I think the area we primarily disagree is that a consolidation would be wealth destructive. I don't see it that way. Our mkt cap is already low given our 2011 to 2012 production forecast. if we consolidated and the sp dropped, the flags that would come up on the mkt cap would turn the share into an even greater screaming buy. So, overall, I see no downside risk medium term for a consolidation.
