(it's late, you can tell from the opening line that I obviously need some sleep urgently!)

My only concern is whether it's most appropriate to continue to do so on this thread, or the new one I started for this purpose late last week? Firstly, I'm not sure the title is still appropriate, especially given the current SP versus when Red originally started the post (which if you check back was 16.5c!). If we review it now, it may be a bit misleading ... then again, it might be good to have against it's original context ... hmmm. Secondly, the questions have broadened beyond this one premise, although they are related in a way ... hmmm again.
