I think NDO management probably view Gindara as their best hope of salvation... and are pushing to get a rig over it ASAP.
If your question is why did the rig from Tindalo not move to Gindara and drill it is because it can't drill in that water depth (around 300m I think) the AD is a jack-up, typically the latest jack-up rigs are limited to ~120m water depth.
