Definitely getting off track here.
Peter May WAS a small scale partner in Greenday but has not been part of this group for at least 2+ yrs.
Under the original mandate Greenday were entitled to 1 board position in a corporate advisory capacity. Peter held that position.
He left Greenday as above & was allowed to continue holding the position & Greenday agreed not to replace their mandate entitlement to conserve Directors fees etc. I can assure you that there is NO relationship between PM & Greenday.
