Why GMG issues option if it can raise capital @ 30c?
A right issue at 30c is capital injection which will do good to GMG, but an option at 30c only do good to MQG but not to GMG shareholders.
In short term this is not a debt solution and GMG's borrowing remain the same if not more.
I do not think this is better than a raise at 30c.
