Thanks for that. Actually, I had mentioned it couple of months back. I'm actually learning from all of you as well as reading on the articles when I get time because I'm actually a student at USyd for International Business/Strategic Management and also have done my education in IT and Accounts. Additionally, my work till now has been in IT-Data Analysis mostly related to direct marketing though I've also worked with web programming, SEO, web content management, bit of networking and so forth.

So, I'm sorry if I can't give my own views a lot though at times I maybe able to as I'm still in the process of learning. And thanks to all of you also.
