No, we haven't 'missed an announcement.'
Market makers have determined 45.5/46c to be the current bottom price for the stock. They are likely purchasing the loose parcels up to around 50c in anticipation of continued growth along the exponential curve we have seen so far. News would be expected within 3 weeks, and i'd imagine they do not think this stock should be lower.
It's important to realise at all times that larger buyers (i.e. institutions or pros) are controlling the stock price.
