Would hardly say its a basing patten but the minor pullback so far is hardly anything to get excited about. Even if it fills the gaps below it would still (could) be a lower high before the next impulsive move.
Thats what the market essentially is, differing opinions. Who cares why, have your own plan and stick to it.
