As Zwu says , Asset sales will not make any difference ..matter of fact the costs involved in the day to day running of the likes of GTP will probably only hinder the returns to growers . Costs will rise , income will decrease ..yet probably the guru's will hold their high paying jobs .

Book value pretty much impossible to achieve on these kind of land holdings . Its all over ..however the " punters " have let them buy some time ( and salary ) ..

They have shown how much they really care about their " customer " , happy to take the money ..little more difficult when the time comes to payout , many of these " investors " are SMSF and education initiatives for funding of studies .
