Why GXY is having hard time finding a partner for SDV?

    I am trying to find out why Galaxy insists on developing SDV by itself or why is it so hard to find a partner considering lithium resources are so eye-catching to many companies and having a good partner will definitely add value to the company and derisking. Is it because of bad management or is it due to the substandard quality of SDV? Open for discussion.
