Startrek, If you look at the last paragraph on the first page of PGM announcement dated 18/6/2020, this might give you more of an insight to what has happened. To my uneducated eye, it looks like ARV have sold part of MM without PGM knowing, this was before drilling. I would say that talks between ARV and PGM have produced nothing, so PGM are taking it to court. I hold both ARV and PGM so hopefully it will end in a win win situation for both companies.
