I read on a British board that there was a buy back clause in the initial heads of agreement but that it wasn't put into the full contract (don't know if this is true). If true, who formulated the full contract? And does the full contract take precedence over a hoa?But my take over why pgm didn't do anything until months later, is either that they went along with the situation so that drilling commenced. Or they went along with the situation until one of their other projects was safely in the bag.
