Appreciate your comments and your heads up to 18 June announcement by PGM. Sale of part of MM you refer to is the proposed ARV Empire Almeera deal which was announced on 28 April. PGM was somewhat non commital in their 18 June announcement. They stated then that they have "sought further information and is currently assessing its options to the proposed transaction" which is code for please explain what the heck is going on...and then PGM only formed a view on 20July a mth later to take legal action. All very odd to have taken so long from 28 April to come to this point.
