IMO, DNI would be wise to re-establish communication and resolve the issues with CGM rather than take it to Arbitration. Time will tell but at this stage DNI hasn’t even responded whatsoever to CGM’s Notice to Arbitrate issued on Dec 6th 2017. They will need to make some comment soon even if only in their Dec 17 Monthly report, due within the week. DNI can choose to go to arbitration or settle outside of the arbitration process. you have no case, sooner or later the shareholders here will figure out you're just trying to
keep the lights on and collect your 250 K salary for doing , well nothing ... go ahead delete my post USC75 has it figured out
