1st post on Hotcopper - DNI stooge? - along with all the other probably paid plants on this forum both for and against

And why is there no case?
If you look at the wording from CGMs initial reply you can almost name the legal approach that they will be using.
There was a precedent set in a case in Texas somewhere (if memory serves correctly).
Although would need to see the wording in the DA to be sure and the US precedent would need to be acceptable.
