This should be marked "Return to sender" because I'm not Randal. He doesn't hide behind a profile name, he posts under his own name. You seem to know DNI's official position on the matter which is telling as they have made no public announcement as yet and from what I can gather from DNI holders they do not respond to shareholder enquiries either. My guess would be you are either from DNI or you are just having a guess as to what will transpire. You're entitled to your position on the matter and time will tell if you are correct but if you're not.......
