I must admit that although Ludwig was found wanting by a court, those images of what was tantamount to animal cruelty still haunt me.
I'm no stranger to slaughtering and can't qualify why the exporters didn't have a duty of care to make sure of humane treatment. We aren't talking about a manufactured product, but quality control from source to market should the suppliers responsibility, not the ABC or Govt IMO.
