Many conservatives were bleating on that Rudd should go to jail back then. None of them are suggesting anything remotely similar for Morrison. Rudd did not hire or train (or not train for that matter) anyone who installed those batts. That was the responsibility of the small business owners who carried out the works. The current Liberal government is directly responsible for the Robodebt fiasco, and despite calls from the opposition and community groups for them to fix it for years they continued on with it. The buck stops with Morrison on this (along with his incompetent minister who he refuses to do anything about). People died. Lives were ruined. He should go but the Murdoch media machine will allow it to quietly disappear, if they can.
