    Fair points Bin Bin,

WRT your 1st paragraph. Glasier, being both CEO and MD and lawyer by profession would have exerted great power at/over ASMC. There could be confidentiality clauses we are not aware of. ASMC would have a duty to its shareholders no doubt but may have decided not to include the loss of rights to Ablation tech and create more negativity surrounding Glasiers departure. It is their problem. Alternatively, as the JV with BLR is a binding heads of agreement the loss of rights may be announced by ASMC to its shareholders once the JV signs definitive agreements as per ann on July 6.

We are giving Glasier equity for his rights to Ab tech. BLR cannot over ride these rights and deal with Ab tech directly. Some posters have commented that we are merging with AB tech. This is not the case. We are JV'ing via a separate vehicle being the JV vehicle. So, effectively Glasier is back dooring his rights to Ab Tech into BLR. That indicates a vote of confidence in BLR. He has exposure to BLR's uranium projects and can drive the expansion of Ab tech acting as consultant to BLR.

Reminds me a little of MAD where they conduct their own oil well drilling by owning a subsidiary drilling business. They have performed remarkably well since the beginning of the year. BLR are doing similar. Hopefully we can replicate MAD's share price performance.
