Why has HAW not disclosed reason for Corrigan departure

I am new to HotCopper today so forgive me if this has displayed three times. Just finding my way!

Does anybody else find it interesting that Belfort Investment Advisors sold their entire stake to Chris Corrigan thus registering a capital gain of around 6 Million dollars at the end of last financial year. Belfort, of which Corrigan has an interest, being registered in a foreign country. Also Mark Kerr's entities are moving shares around. Then suddenly Corrigan resigns from the board, no explanation. Corrigan and all involved in the initial revenue raising have already received their entire stake back from the asset sell-off. I think someone is planning a big exit.
