I noticed a string of notices, amended notices, amended amended notices and possibly notices amended yet again at BPH, signed by the ever efficient DB, in relation to the requisitioning of a meeting by MEC to remove and replace BPH's current directors.
I make no secret of my great appreciation for DB's long overdue departure from the MEC board (and may it forever remain that way) , but why is our company doing a DB trick on BPH? Perhaps it is not good business to make the reason public, but please do tell us it is not simply a case of tit for tat...?
