Hi U72....my (limited) understanding was it's part of the overall plan to address the deficiencies from the failing NAL plant 3 times). Quick google search of Eureka report and SYA around July 2021 worth a read and listen. Talk around Fe content and thin seams made it sound crucial in long term. As I said, limited knowledge from my end. Not sure if things have changed in the 18 months so it's not current.
