Of course its not without risk and I've been saying the same on these forums. So allocate your portfolio accordingly ?
But on the other side of the coin its one of the real reason it is priced at 150mil and not Roch's ridiculous valuations of what the market should be paying.
If they can get a mining customer to sign an MOU/GSA think that should in theory alleviate some of the concerns of not being payed properly.
