Sherlock, the Company announcement of 25th Sept states the stay "maintains the status quo" wrt the TOL and precludes any new action. In my view this does not stop concentrate being shipped and getting ready for first feed, it may however stop the first feed actually taking place until resolved. But I think first feed will be after 10 October in any case.
