Thanks primaj - makes sense, interested to learn that China was an option discarded - you'd think their REE control would make it attractive for them and they could have given similar tax breaks that I guess Malaysia has probably given.
I guess Malaysia will be sweet about the whole thing once they have hosed down the hysteria.
