Lynas has quite a number of new and prior untried methods to communicate...
Like, not answering any invesotr quesitons to Mt Kellet, not talkign to a reporter of the BBC outside the court building, and not only being passively quiet towards news outlets, but outright and actively denying to talk to somebody like the Wall Street Journal (the laywer of SMSL was however quite talkative to everybody who would listen -- which was everybody).
What could be the reason for Lynas Management to decline to comment on this trial to one of the most eminent economy news magazines on the planet??!
""The adjournment is to allow time for us to reply to an affidavit filed by Lynas on Wednesday," said Hon Kai Ping, lawyer for Save Malaysia after the court decision. The court was expected to decide on an injunction sought by the group to block the temporary licence.
Lynas confirmed it had submitted additional affidavits before the hearing, however, it declined to comment further."
