Maybe the people who sell knows thing we don't
or they believe it will drop harder in the future or they need the money urgently
Whatever the reason, they could be right or wrong, but if you already done your study and believe in it, why bother if the price tanked.
If you need to sell, just take whatever price the market is offering, if not, why does it matter how much it is trading for?
If you think your house is worth $1mil, would you care if I offered you $500k yesterday and only $400k today?
