No. What do you mean by 'handling'? We have really very little to do with AMP other than them being just another one of many distribution channels.
I would suggest not trying to predict why the markets do odd things. They're surprisingly irrational for being made up predominantly of 'professional' and 'educated' people.
I bought more today.
Maybe those 'oldies' who own AMP shares might just sell & pick up a low risk annuity instead.
