I too would like to get my hands on the bear case as at the moment they seem to have the upper hand and controlling sentiment.
Attached is the 12 month price targets from Thomson Reuters. The median is close to your current lower band valuation.
Interestingly the lower bound is $9.00 which is not too far off the current price.
One would hope that at $9.00 CGF is in the "bargain bin" category and get some serious bids from the institutions.
Maybe with a bit of luck that would trigger short squeeze. Die shorters.
