Remember with your property assumption that we have already / are selling 2 properties this year. They stated in the investor pres Q&A that the sales were progressing faster than expected.
The two sales are CBD office blocks with shorter WALEs than the (typically) government tenanted properties that we are retaining. Reasoning behind this is the relatively higher capital that has to be held on these 'riskier' properties. So by selling these two we will reduce out capital intensity. So end result is lower capital intensity & lower downside risk due to reduced property % weighting.
