By the looks of it, things aren't black or white.Sounds like a lot of grey which could easily be perceived by market participants that CGF was vulnerable to a property slowdown.
I am going to grossly oversimplify, could it be that some think that CGF has a "subprime" problem? Remember RC revealed lax lending standards with a excessive reliance of interest only loans by the banks.
