Biden is not printing any money, who is is the Federal Reserve System. What he is doing is financing government spending with recourse to debt in order to stimulate the economy in the same way as Trump and before him Obama and Bush did. Besides that until recently inflation has been subdue. Inflation benefits the debtor indeed. However in the case of foreign creditors it is also its effect upon the exchange rate that matters.
