I have no idea of your chart times santoo as you have failed to disclose what dates you refer to.
The actual price when posted is however a HC function that is reliable and correct, and clearly shows 2.9c.
Thats the end of the argument for me, as I see no point in discussing any further the actual price at the time you posted, and that certainly is not the 2c you would like us all to believe.
