It seems it is unsubstantiated to say no drilling has occured, yet nobody until now has been able to substantiate that drilling HAS occured. Even the company only said they would try before the rains set in. Big mess this.
I think a class action is very possible if things turn for the worse.
Lory has shown many descrepancies where drilling has been promised yet not delivered over a 12month period of official asx announcements. All companies are entitled to a reasonable delay. But consistent underperformance might make them liable for losses.
