Well it seems this project seems to think it could nearly double the country's annual Mn output from an undefined resource with unconfirmed grades (in reference to the 120,000 tons exported in 2011 and assuming the report is accurate that is)

I am but merely observing this detail I cannot confirm the sentiment of others. My observation is that the 120,000 tons exported in 2011 was done by numerous companies which aligns with the metal trader models where small parcels are sold on the spot market more than anything else.

I think it will be interesting to watch where this goes though but I would not personally wage any hard earned on it to be honest.
