exactly, lack of volume is the number one reason why it hasnt gone up, imo. Ofcourse the market behaves differently to peoples perceptions, always. I mean, imo, anyone would think, well if rwd is running then so should IRC (14% holding of rwd), esp with todays perforamce. It looks like IRC's time in the sun is just around the corner, i wouldnt be surprised to see the sp run past 50c next week.
