It's about the results of a trial not simply commencement of one.
I have no idea why people assume the start of a trial is a trigger ultimately it's just a mark.
If you want to see rises on expectation of outcomes it will be as those dates & data draw closer being a relatively short trial forecast around 12 weeks after start but clinical trials usually need a bit of leeway - i'd assume by end of Q3 if all goes to plan.
I think this company has a few black swans hiding outside of what people may be expecting (or not expecting) though
