Like many micro on the stock-exchange--many base their investments on history.Many times ESI has promised the Golden Goose to fall at the last hurdle(funding). So many more cautiousness investors will wait to the ink is on the paper. Like the boy who cried wolf. Now current management may not have these around their neck--they will be only judges on their success when the ink is dry.All the minor ann while helpful and confidence building --mean nothing --until they get the contracts signed.Like many ,who have held for a lot longer than myself--will see this through --rightly or wrongly.I am happy though management appear to be negotiating the right deal--rather than any deal.
