    I know what you mean. The NTA is climbing higher but the SP is fairly static. Also, property prices are moving in the right direction.

    Two reasons I can think of:

    1) There has just been a share placement (at $1.77 I think) therefore some punters will sell some holdings early for profit taking.

    2) Low liquidity. If you wanted to buy into this (with decent number of shares) on the sharemarket you would be paying well over the current SP. Just check out the sell side.

    Hang in there is all I can say...patience 'should' be rewarded. This is not a traders stock.
